Returns & Refunds

At Zentelha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Final sale items marked "non-refundable" cannot be returned
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your Zentelha account
  2. Navigate to "Order History"
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return
  4. Follow the return instructions and print your prepaid return label
  5. Package your return securely and ship within 7 days

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • For exchanges, we'll ship the new item once we receive your return

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
