Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unworn, undamaged items with original tags attached.

Refund conditions:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned
  • Customized or altered items are not eligible for return

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court.

The arbitration will be conducted in English under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.

Both parties agree that:

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Zentelha is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
